Pet Policy

Here at Silver Leaf Villas, we offer pet-friendly apartments in Fort Worth, TX with no weight limit.  Each apartment can have up to 2 pets, but all pets must have Texas required immunizations.  Silver Leaf Management reserves the right to request records at any time. Pets must be kept on a leash when outdoors. Any unattended pet will be picked up by Fort Worth Animal Control.  

Pet owners must clean up after their pets at all times. Silver Leaf Management provides pet stations stocked with bags for your convenience. Exotics or snakes of any type are not allowed.  

All pets must be approved by Silver Leaf Management before entering the property (this includes visiting pets). Once a pet has been approved by management, a pet addendum must be signed and all pet deposits and fees paid.  

  • Pet Deposit is $300.00.  

  • Non-refundable Pet Fee is $200.00 (first pet) 

  • Non-refundable Pet Fee is $225.00 (second pet).  

Breed Restrictions do apply. Residents may be required to submit documentation from veterinarian of dog breed and current vaccinations.
